Order Policy

• Ready-to-wear orders: Processed within 1–3 business days within the Kingdom of Bahrain, and 1–7 business days for international destinations.
• Tailored orders: Require 7–14 business days within the Kingdom of Bahrain, and 7–21 business days internationally (excluding official holidays or unforeseen circumstances).

Payment

• In-store tailored orders: A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm the order.
• Online orders within kingdom of Bahrain: Full payment, including delivery fees, must be completed prior to processing and dispatch.
• Online orders outside kingdom of Bahrain: Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment, including shipping charges.

Cancellation

• Ready-to-wear orders: May be cancelled before the preparation process begins. If cancelled after preparation, the refund will be issued after deducting delivery and administrative costs.
• Tailored orders: May be cancelled only before production commences. No refund is applicable thereafter.
• Uncollected orders: If an order remains uncollected for more than 60 days after completion, RUQ LINE reserves the right to dispose of it without refund.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns (Ready-to-wear only)
• Within kingdom of Bahrain: Returns are accepted within 2 days from the date of receipt, in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.
• Outside kingdom of Bahrain: Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery, in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.
• Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with the original tag attached.

Exchanges

• Ready-to-wear orders may be exchanged within 2 days of receipt and only once.
• Tailored orders are non-exchangeable unless a confirmed production fault or a verified discrepancy in the agreed measurements is identified within 2 days of receipt.

Non-returnable & Non-exchangeable Items

• All discounted or custom-made orders, unless proven defective or having a confirmed production fault.
• Used items or those with removed or damaged tags.

• Please ensure that all measurements are accurate before placing an order, as RUQ LINE cannot be held responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the client.
• Any alterations or modifications requested after confirmation may incur additional charges.
• Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Each order is prepared with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring uncompromised quality and craftsmanship.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Within Kingdom of Bahrain: Delivery is completed within 1–2 business days following order preparation.
• Outside Kingdom of Bahrain: Shipping takes approximately 5–10 business days and may vary based on customs clearance or courier schedules.

Shipping Fees

• Delivery and shipping fees are calculated based on destination and displayed prior to checkout.
• Fees may vary depending on the number of items, total weight, or package size.
• All delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Shipping and delivery costs are borne by the client, except in cases of a confirmed production fault, in which case the costs will be covered after verification.
