1. Order Policy
Order Processing Time:
• Ready-to-Wear Items: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days inside the Kingdom of Bahrain, and 1–7 business days for international orders.
• Custom Orders: Require 7–14 business days inside the Kingdom of Bahrain, and 7–21 business days internationally (excluding official holidays or unforeseen circumstances).
2. Payment
• Custom Orders in Store: A 50% deposit of the item price is required to confirm the order. Production will not begin until the deposit is paid.
• Online Orders within the Kingdom of Bahrain: Full payment of the item price plus delivery fees is required in advance before processing or dispatching the order.
• International Online Orders: Orders are accepted only after full payment including shipping fees is made in advance.
3. Order Cancellation
• Ready-to-Wear Items: Orders can be canceled before the preparation for delivery begins. If the order has already been prepared, a refund will be issued minus delivery fees and any related expenses.
• Custom Orders: Cancellations are accepted only before production starts, with a full refund.
• Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled.
• Uncollected Orders: If an order is not collected within 60 days of being ready, the store reserves the right to dispose of the order without any refund obligation.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
1. Returns:
• Returns are accepted within 48 hours of receipt only if there is a manufacturing defect or an error in the order.
• The item must be in its original condition, unused, with the original tag attached.
2. Exchanges:
• Ready-to-wear items can be exchanged once only, within 48 hours of receipt.
• Custom orders are non-exchangeable as they are tailored specifically for the client, except if there is a clear error in the agreed measurements.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items:
• All discounted or custom-made items (Customized) unless they have a manufacturing defect or order error.
• Items that have been used or have their original tags removed.

• Customers are kindly requested to verify all measurements before placing an order, as the store does not take responsibility for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
• Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Every order is prepared with utmost care to ensure the highest quality and excellence.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
• Within the Kingdom of Bahrain: Delivery within 1–2 business days after the order is prepared.
• Outside the Kingdom of Bahrain: Shipping within 5–10 business days, subject to potential delays due to customs or shipping carriers.
• Fees:
• Delivery or shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and displayed before checkout.
• For multiple orders or additional weight from the same customer, fees may vary depending on the total weight or volume of the order.
• All fees are non-refundable.
